(not just) 3 New Plays is a month-long theatrical event that was formed to combat the individualistic, competitive structure of theatre production in New York City. The three world premiere plays by early-career playwrights will share space, a set, and a budget. A bevy of emerging artists and companies - artists who would not normally have space to make their work - will participate in the pop-up event through free rehearsals, workshops, and readings. (not just) 3 New Plays is building an artistic ecosystem for multiple New York artists to flourish.

The production team includes Andy Yanni (scenic design) Meghan Gaber (costume design), Joe Cantalupo (lighting design), Sam Kusnetz(sound design), E. Sara Barnes (stage manager), Amanda Phelan (stage manager), Dionna' Fletcher (stage manager), Barrett Law (stage manager), Julia Borowski (production coordinator), Eric Emch (graphic design), Karina Martins (line producer), Distilled Theatre Company(associate producer), Sarah Dell'Orto (sponsorship producer), Fresh Ground Pepper (associate producer), and Allison Bressi (executive producer).

Tickets are $18 and can be purchased through notjust3newplays.com. A special pass is available to see all three plays for $40.
