Fox Cities P.A.C. to Welcome 250,000th Student

The Fox Cities Performing Arts Center has announced that it will welcome the 250,000th student today during the Bemis Company Education Series performance of Omaha Theater On Tour's The Diary of a Worm, a Spider and a Fly.

"We applaud all the great educators and school districts that integrate the performing arts into their classroom curriculum," said Fox Cities P.A.C.'s Director of Programming and Community Engagement Amy Gosz. "Their enthusiasm and support for the education series has allowed us to reach this milestone."

T he Bemis Company Education Series is a cornerstone of the Center's mission and is designed specifically to meet Wisconsin Model Academic Standards for students in grades PreK-12. Performance titles are selected for their connection to classroom curriculum. The Center provides study guides and resource materials for all performances and coordinates classroom workshops whenever possible. Ticket prices are subsidized to $5-$7 through Annual Partner support and scholarship tickets are available to schools that need financial assistance. The series draws students from the Fox Cities and throughout Northeast Wisconsin.
