As Nicole Scherzinger prepares to open at the London Palladium as Grizabella in the new production of CATS, our first Throwback Thursday of the day is Elaine Paige talking about playing the role - and reflecting on the making of the CATS movie!

Based on T. S. Eliot's Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats, the original creative team - Director Trevor Nunn, Associate Director and Choreographer Gillian Lynne, DesignerJohn Napier and Composer Andrew Lloyd Webber - are reunited to bring Cats back to the West End this Christmas.
