Regent's Park Open Air Theatre announce MOREoutdoor, a season of one-off events during their 2017 season.

Sunday 4 June | Alan Titchmarsh in Up The Garden Path - a horticultural cabaret;

Situated in the heart of Queen Mary's Rose Garden in Regent's Park, there can be no better place than the Open Air Theatre to celebrate Alan's love of all things floral. He is joined by soprano Rebecca Bottone and Luton's award-winning girls' choir Cantores, in a specially devised cabaret of readings and song - funny and touching - inspired by gardens and gardeners from across the world. Pianist Richard Sisson offers green-fingered support with music by Tchaikovsky and Billy Mayerl. Who wants a grey life when you can enjoy fifty shades of green?

Sunday 11 June | Stacey Kent;

The internationally acclaimed and Grammy-nominated vocalist, Stacey Kent, returns to the UK for a very select number of 2017 dates. Featuring music from her latest album Tenderly, Stacey returns to the familiar ground of standards and jazz-classics, featuring tracks such as 'The Very Thought of You', 'Tangerine', 'In The Wee Small Hours of the Morning' and 'Embraceable You'.

Sunday 30 July | Russell Brand - RE:BIRTH;

Russell Brand makes his Open Air Theatre debut with his new show RE:BIRTH. "How do we make sense of the madness of our lives once we become parents? What am I going to tell my daughter about conformity and responsibility? What happens if she grows up to be like me? Or, worse, to date someone like me?".

Sunday 20 August | Joe Stilgoe: Songs on Film;

After three sell-out years at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and an acclaimed UK tour, singer, pianist and entertainer Joe Stilgoe brings his smash hit show Songs on Film outdoors for the first time ever.

With virtuosic musicianship, breath-taking theatricality and wit, Songs on Film pays tribute to your favourite movies. Self-confessed film buff Joe raids his own collection and adds his own original and stylish orchestrations to some of the most memorable moments in cinematic history. A VIP package is available which includes a glass of champagne at a pre-show reception, and a signed copy of Joe's album, Songs on Film - The Sequel.

Following last year's sell out screenings, The Luna Cinema then returns to Regent's Park Open Air Theatre for three nights of classic cinema under the stars. A VIP package is available which includes a glass of champagne at a pre-screening reception, and a fleece blanket.

Sunday 27 August | La La Land (12A)

The film of the year and winner of six Oscars (almost seven!), La La Land is without doubt a true modern classic. With an instantly memorable score of original songs and a captivating love story brought to life by Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling - all set to the backdrop of the cloudless blue skies and sunshine of California - it's quite simply the perfect film for a night of open air cinema.

Sunday 3 September | Close Encounters of the Third Kind (PG)

To celebrate the film's 40th anniversary, experience Steven Spielberg's masterpiece back on the big screen this summer. A truly ground-breaking piece of science fiction, Close Encounters became a genre-defining classic. To see it under the stars at the Open Air Theatre will be out of this world!

Sunday 10 September | The Graduate (15)

A special 50th anniversary screening of Mike Nichols' classic, The Graduate. Starring Dustin Hoffman in the role that would make him a household name, alongside the irrepressible Anne Bancroft as Mrs Robinson - and all set to Simon and Garfunkel's unforgettable soundtrack - the perfect celebration of an iconic movie.

To accompany MOREoutdoor events, there is a choice of pre-event dining options. The Sunday Joint includes either pulled pork or freshly carved roast beef served on a bun with a side of roast potatoes and gravy. As a tasty vegetarian alternative, the Mediterranean Vegetable Stack is popular choice throughout the season.

Customers can also pre-book a Gin Experience for Two, which includes reserved seating before the event, ingredients for two double Sacred Gin/Fevertree tonic G&Ts each, and a selection of smoked almonds and pitted Nocellara and Kalamata olives.

The 2017 season at Regent's Park Open Air Theatre also includes the musicals On The Town (19 May - 1 Jul) and Jesus Christ Superstar (11 Aug - 16 Sep), alongside new adaptations of Charles Dickens' A Tale of Two Cities (7 Jul - 5 Aug) and, for family audiences, Oliver Twist created for everyone aged six and over (17 Jul - 5 Aug).

Priority booking for Open Air Theatre members opens 11am, Wednesday 22 March 2017;
