Henry Higgins tames Eliza Doolittle in this lavish Cameron Macintosh production of the classic musical My Fair Lady.  This award-winning, critically acclaimed production comes to the Hippodrome for two weeks only, November 6 – 18. 

The Prize:

One of five pairs of tickets to the Opening Night of My Fair Lady on Tuesday, November 6 at the Hippodrome Theatre in Baltimore.  Curtain is at 8PM. 

The Rules:

  • Answer the 10 questions below and send your answers via email to jameshoward@broadwayworld.com.  Please put MY FAIR LADY CONTEST in the subject heading.  Also, include your full name, age and city and state.
  • Entries must be received no later than noon on Monday, November 5th.
  • One entry per person.

The Contest: 

My Fair Lady is a musical based on a play.  In fact, the play version of this story is currently wowing them on Broadway.  Below is a description and title of a play that was turned into a musical.  Name the musical. Remember, you must try all of them.

  1. This musical is based on a play by George Bernard Shaw and concerns a linguist, a flower girl and a bet that he can't change her into a proper society woman.  My Fair Lady

Kevin Kline and Jennifer Garner are currently selling out the Richard Rodgers Theatre in this play about a guy with a nose for love.  Two of the three musical versions of this classic tale are called by his first name only.  What is this musical called?
