Single tickets for the 25th Anniversary Season at STAGES ST. LOUIS will go on sale to the general public Monday, April 4, 2011. Prices for single tickets range from $15 - $55. STAGES is excited to offer new pricing for the 2011 Season, with select seats available for only $39. The season kicks off June 3 and runs through October 9, 2011.

In addition, the 2011 season Theatre for Young Audiences production will feature Disney's 101 Dalmatians, beginning June 22.

This milestone year is a celebration of life's secrets and the human need for self-discovery. The season begins with the Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning, A Chorus Line: a celebration of the music, movement, and emotion of musical theatre. The season continues with The Secret Garden: an uplifting tale celebrating the essence of life itself, and the silver anniversary season's grand finale Victor/Victoria: a comical and touching celebration of the many facets of love.

Along with this exciting lineup, STAGES will offer special events throughout the season, including the new Audience Enrichment Series, which features in-depth discussions and lectures on themes related to each production (listed below with each show description). The single ticket price for lectures is $15 or a series subscription may be purchased to all three for $30.

STAGES, in partnership with Fleming's Restaurant, will host Retro-tini events for the young professional on the first Friday evening of each production. The Retro-tini includes a ticket to the show and an invitation to a post-show gathering with beverages and appetizers, immediately following the performance, held at Fleming's Restaurant, located at 1855 South Lindbergh, Saint Louis, MO, 63131. All for the low price of $35!

A Chorus Line
June 3 - July 3

The one singular sensation that exhilarated Broadway for over fifteen years returns to STAGES! Winner of the Pulitzer Prize for Drama and 9 Tony Awards, including Best Musical, A Chorus Line forever changed the face of Broadway. Telling the triumphant and heartbreaking story of a group of young dancers auditioning for the chorus of a Broadway musical, A Chorus Line speaks eloquently to anyone who's ever put themselves on the line to land a job. The Secret Garden

Held at the Missouri Botanical Garden, this behind-the-scenes look at the production process of The Secret Garden will also include a visit to the Tower Grove House, the Kresko Victorian Garden, and a celebration of Garden founder Henry Shaw! And in honor of STAGES 25th Anniversary and The Secret Garden, the historic Museum Building will open to the public for one day only!

A woman pretending to be a man pretending to be a woman?! It's a piece of cake for out-of-work soprano Victoria Grant in this hilarious, fun-filled romp through 1930s Paris. Based on the side-splitting seven-time Oscar nominated Blake Edwards film and backed by an exhilarating Academy Award®-winning score by the great Henry Mancini, Victor/Victoria is a warm and wildly energetic look at gender perceptions as seen through the eternal battle of the sexes. The classic film comes to the stage with a set of show-stopping numbers that range from the electrifying "Le Jazz Hot," to the heart-rending "Almost a Love Song," and "Crazy World." Music by Henry Mancini and Frank Wildhorn; lyrics by Leslie Bricusse and Frank Wildhorn; book by Blake Edwards.

Audience Enrichment Event - "Diverse/Diversity"

Held at the Robert G. Reim Theatre, in collaboration with the Diversity Awareness Partnership, a lecture will be given by Television and Broadway Star Bryan Batt. Batt will explore issues of equality in a diverse society.

Bryan Batt (actor, designer, civic activist) portrays "Salvatore Romano" on AMC's critically acclaimed dramatic series MAD MEN created by the multi Emmy award winning writer/ producer, Matthew Wiener. The hit series has received numerous awards from the Emmys, the Golden Globes, the Screen Actors Guild, and the Peabody award.

As a Broadway veteran, his leading and principal roles include: 2005 revival of La Cage Aux Folles, Beauty and the Beast, Seussical the Musical, Sunset Blvd.,Saturday Night Fever, The Scarlet Pimpernel, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Starlight Express, and Cats. Off Broadway: Forbidden Broadway (Drama Desk Nomination). Theatrically, Bryan is most proud of originating the role of Darius in both the N.Y. and L.A (Drama Logue Award) productions as well as the film adaptation of Paul Rudnick's ground breaking comedy Jeffrey. He has guest starred on hit TV series Ugly Betty and Ghost Whisperer. His one-man show, Batt on a Hot Tin Roof, received rave reviews at Le Chat Noir in New Orleans, as well as The Metropolitan Room and Feinstein's in New York.

Mr. Batt, a civic activist, champions many causes including Broadway Cares/ Equity Fights AIDS, Habitat For Humanity, Second Harvest Food Bank, the Human Rights Campaign (Equality Award), the SPCA, The Preservation Resource Center, The Point Foundation, N.O. AIDS Task Force (board member, Humanitas Award), and Le Petit Theatre du Vieux Carre (board member and interim Artistic Director).

Each mainstage production will run for a total of five weeks with matinee and evening performances Tuesdays through Sundays. The Theatre for Young Audiences performs Wednesday through Sunday for two weeks.
