The Arrow Rock Lyceum Theatre's 50th Anniversary Season comes to a festive close with the return of everyone's favorite Sisters of Hoboken in Nuncrackers: The Nunsense Christmas Musical November 13th-21st.

The Sisters of Hoboken have turned the convent basement into a TV studio and are producing their first ever Christmas Special for cable access. This hilarious musical is filled with singing and dancing nuns, a very unique rendition of the Nutcracker as well a host of hilarious new songs.

Peggy Billo returns to the Lyceum as Reverend Mother, Sister Mary Regina. This season Peggy was seen in the roles of Mrs. Higgins (My Fair Lady), Harriet Stanley (The Man Who Came To Dinner) and Mrs. Rogers (And Then There Were None). Previous Lyceum roles include Penny Sycamore in You Can't Take It With You, Mrs. Van Daan in The Diary Of Anne Frank, Reverend Mother in Nunsense and Mrs. Norman in Children Of A Lesser God. Recent appearances include Mrs. Van Daan in the St. Louis Repertory Theatre's production of The Diary Of Anne Frank, and Madame Pernelle in Tartuffe at Mustard Seed Theatre, where she is a Resident Artist. Peggy has also performed with other St Louis area theatres including Avalon, New Jewish Theatre, STAGES St Louis, as well as Ozark Actor's Theatre. Prior to moving to St Louis, Peggy toured nationally in Annie and lived in Los Angeles where she appeared in Bunbury (Ovation Nom) and The Pagens (ADA/Best Ensemble). Film/TV credits include 3rd Rock From The Sun, 7th Heaven, Bold & Beautiful and Dr. Benny.

Wydetta Carter will play Sister Mary Hubert. Ms. Carter donned Hubert's habit in previous productions of Nunsense and Nunsensations. Hailing from Chicago, she has traveled near and far with Menopause the Musical, HATS! The Musical, Ain't Misbehavin', Dreamgirls, How To Succeed In Business..., All Shook Up, Festival of the Lion King, Show Boat, Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, among others.

Making her Lyceum Theatre debut, Emily Mikesell will play Sister Robert Anne. Emily just finished playing violin for the wonderful new musical Trails in the New York Musical Theatre Festival. Off-Broadway and Original Cast Recordings: Lone Star Love, Radio Gals. Off-Broadway: Swingtime Canteen. Regional credits include: James Joyce's The Dead, Striking 12, My Fair Lady (Capital Rep), Seven Brides For Seven Brothers (Goodspeed Musicals), Pump Boys and Dinettes (Actors Theatre of Louisville), Oil City Symphony (Milwaukee Rep), Smoke On The Mountain (McCoy Rigby Entertainment), Sanders Family Christmas (Riverside Theatre).

Lyceum favorite Leslie Lorusso will be reprising her role as Sister Mary Paul, better known as Sister Amnesia. Leslie is returning to the Lyceum stage for a fifth season after playing Sister Mary Amnesia in Nunsense last summer. Other Lyceum credits include Grizabella in CATS, Baker's Wife in Into the Woods, June in Smoke on the Mountain Homecoming, Edna Klein in Children of a Lesser God, Rosemary in How To Succeed In Business.., Jean in Brigadoon and Kathy Seldon in Singin' In The Rain. She has performed at Stages St. Louis in How To Succeed In Business..., 1776 and No, No, Nannette. In New York, she appeared in the Off-Broadway production of Hello Muddah, Hello Faddah and That's Life! Other credits: Cinderella (National Tour), The Wizard of Oz (Allenberry Playhouse), and Swingtime Canteen (Denver Center).

Erik M. Christensen is making his Lyceum debut as Father Virgil. Mr. Chistensen was most recently seen in the National Tour of The Drowsy Chaperone (George). His other credits include Urinetown: The Musical, Company, 42nd Street.

Rounding out the cast for Nuncrackers are Leslie Walker, Evann Twitchell, Neil Patrick Cathro and Miguel Aviles, playing students of the Mt. St. Helen's School.
