Writer/director Theresa Rebeck has tackled everything from movies to novels, and now brings her cunning adaptation of William Congreve's The Way of the World to Folger Theatre as part of the Women's Voices Theater Festival.

Fellowship for Performing Arts returns to New York for their third season with the first New York revival of William Nicholson's award-winning play SHADOWLANDS. The production opened last night, November 1st, at The Acorn Theatre at Theatre Row and will run through January 7, 2018. Great Lakes Theater (GLT), Cleveland's Classic Company, commences the second half its 2016-17 season with Agatha Christie's classic mystery thriller, And Then There Were None. The production will be performed in the company's intimate and audience-friendly home at the Hanna Theatre, Playhouse Square, February 26 - March 20, 2016. Charles Fee, GLT's Producing Artistic Director, directs the production. And Then There Were None is presented through special arrangement with SAMUEL FRENCH, INC.

ANNIE, the new production of the Tony Award-winning musical, went into rehearsal today in New York City with its full company. The production begins previews October 3, 2012 and opens November 8, 2012 at the Palace Theatre (Broadway at 47th Street). Meet the full cast below!

Scott Fitzgeraldean when The Human Race, Dayton's own professional theatre company, brings The Bard's great comedy to The Loft Theatre beginning January 27. The tale of mistaken identity, misguided romance and miscreants plotting nefarious schemes will be set in 1920s America instead of ancient Illyria.

The 2010-2011 season of Glorya Kaufman Presents Dance at the Music Center begins by welcoming the debut of Spain's only classical ballet company Corella Ballet Castilla y León to the Ahmanson Theatre, November 5-7,2010. The company was founded by American Ballet Theatre principal dancer, Ángel Corella to promote classical ballet in Spain and to nurture Spanish dancers and offer them an opportunity to cultivate their talent in their home country. Corella Ballet Castilla y León offers a wide repertoire, incorporating classical, neoclassical and contemporary choreography.

Readily recognized for her long time tenure on TV's 'Designing Women' as Julia Sugarbaker and for her starring roles in seven other TV series, Dixie Carter passed away at the age of 70 on April 10, 2010. 'This has been a terrible blow to our family,' her husband Hal Holbrook told ET.

Glorya Kaufman Presents Dance at the Music Center welcomes the return of American Ballet Theatre (ABT), America?s National Ballet Company®, led by Artistic Director Kevin McKenzie, to the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, July 16-19, with its full-evening production of Sir Kenneth MacMillan's Romeo and Juliet.
