For 20 years The Habit has thrilled us with their hilarious sketch comedy antics. But like all good things, they too must come to an end. But with "The Habit: The Final Cut" the boys manage to send us off into our slightly less mirthful uncertain world with style.

20 years is quite the impressive run for the boys of The Habit; John Osebold, Jeff Schell, Mark Siano, Ryan Dobosh, Luke Thayer, and David Swidler. And for those 20 years they've managed to bring the gut busting laughs with their particular variety of off kilter humor. I know I'll never forget their hilarious take on the Superfriends and their least powerful member. And unfortunately I'll also never be able to get out of my head the song, "Under Pressure" from that one night they made us listen to it over and over to hysterical effect. But with members of the group being scattered around the country, working on other projects, and raising families it's become increasingly more and more difficult for them to come together. And so, for one final show at the Bathhouse Theatre in Greenlake, these Monty Python-esque comedic Gods have come down from on high to entertain and you really don't want to miss it.

Who else will thrill us with the most "impressive" detective in the world? Or how about interrogators using quite brutal techniques that would frighten even the most hardened 6 year old? And of course there's their musical tribute to rising housing costs in Seattle. Each and every skit is a gem and unlike some sketch comedy troupes or shows they know when and how to end their bits. They never seem to drag or linger, just drop the hilarity and move on to the next one. And for a sketch comedy group that is no small feat.

I could go on but that might prevent you from getting tickets as I understand they are going fast. So don't miss your last chance to see the comedic brilliance that is "The Habit: The Final Cut" that, with my three letter rating system, I give a still giggling YAY. Catch them before they're gone forever and you're left wondering exactly how werewolves at the DMV can be so funny.

"The Habit: The Final Cut" performs at the Bathhouse Theatre through November 26th. For tickets or information visit them online at www.thehabitcomedy.com.
