In this exciting collaboration, award winning-vocalist and performer, Barb Jungr, and Grammy and Emmy Award-winner, John McDaniel, bring their acclaimed show, Come Together, to Feinstein's at the Nikko for two performances only -- Friday, November 6 (8 p.m.) and Saturday, November 7 (7 p.m.).

The songs of Paul, John, George and Ringo are celebrated with vibrant, often unexpected arrangements. Moving, reflective and inspiring, the songs sound fresh, with new meanings revealed. With rave international reviews and two prestigious New York awards (2008 Nightlife Award for Outstanding Cabaret Vocalist and Best International Artist 2003 Backstage Award), Barb Jungr is renowned for her unique vocal style, interpretation of song and radical approach to arrangements. Her acclaimed releases on Linn Records and Naim Label and "revelatory" live performances have brought her to audiences all around the world. In 2015 she won the Broadway World Best CD award for Hard Rain - The Songs of Bob Dylan and Leonard Cohen.

This summer, Jungr returned to Connecticut as a guest artist at The Eugene O'Neill Theater Center and launched Come Together - Barb Jungr and John McDaniel performed The Beatles, there in August. Jungr and McDaniel appeared at the Edinburgh Festival, meanwhile Jungr has toured her Linn Album collections "Chansons the Space In Between" and "Love Me Tender," alongside her Bob Dylan and Leonard Cohen interpretations. In July she recorded her eighth recording for Linn Records in New York in collaboration with Grammy Award winning US pianist Laurence Hobgood for worldwide release in 2016. She is featured in the new US TV series, The Kate, broadcast in 2016.

"One of the best interpreters of Jacques Brel and Bob Dylan anywhere on this angst ridden planet today" (Village Voice, New York) and "one of the best nightclub singers in the world" (Time Out New York), Jungr is "a fearless iconoclast who dives into the deepest waters of popular song to wrest exotic treasure from the ocean floor" (The New York Times). Her earlier Dylan collection, "Barb Jungr Sings Bob Dylan: Every Grain of Sand" (Linn Records 2002), which the Wall Street Journal called "the most significant vocal album of the 21st century thus far," is now regarded as a cult classic album.

John McDaniel is a Grammy and two-time Emmy Award-winning Music Director, Composer, Arranger, Orchestrator, Theatrical and Record Producer and is the Artistic Director of the O'Neill Theater Center's Cabaret and Performance conference. Broadway credits include Bonnie and Clyde (Drama Desk Nomination, Best Orchestrations), Catch Me If You Can, Brooklyn (Producer and Orchestrator), Annie Get Your Gun (Grammy Award, cast album Producer), Taboo, Chicago, Grease, Patti LuPone on Broadway and Company - the Original Cast in Concert at Lincoln Center. John is perhaps best known as the bandleader on "The Rosie O'Donnell Show" for its entire six year run, for which he won two Emmy Awards. Recent credits include Daughter of the Regiment (Opera Theatre of St. Louis), Happy Days (National Tour), Pirates! (St. Louis Muny Opera). John was music director and arranger for concert appearances with Cab Calloway, Shirley MacLaine, George Burns, Al Jarreau, Tyne Daly, Joel Grey, Carol Burnett & Frederica von Stade, Betty Buckley and most recently, Bette Midler. He has been guest conductor at many Symphony Orchestras including San Francisco, Indianapolis, Utah, Buffalo, Colorado, Baltimore, Phoenix and his hometown St. Louis Symphony. He holds a BFA in Drama from Carnegie Mellon.

Located within Hotel Nikko (222 Mason Street, San Francisco), Feinstein's at the Nikko presents a wide range of entertainers from stage and screen all within an intimate 140-seat cabaret setting. There is a $20 food and beverage minimum per person inside the showroom which guests can use towards cocktails as well as a variety of small plates crafted exclusively for Feinstein's at the Nikko by Executive Chef Philippe Striffeler, through Restaurant Anzu. Cheese and dessert platters will also be available in the showroom.

All seating at Feinstein's at the Nikko is cabaret style and available on a first-come, first-served basis within the section purchased. Guests who purchase the prix-fixe dinner at Restaurant Anzu will receive a complimentary section upgrade (subject to availability) and get to choose their exact seat locations within the upgraded section.

Guests of Feinstein's at the Nikko can enjoy a variety of food and beverage options before performances. Kanpai Lounge, located in Hotel Nikko's lobby, offers light cuisine, a full bar and specialty cocktails. Restaurant Anzu, Hotel Nikko's intimate restaurant located on the second floor, serves sustainable California cuisine enhanced with Asian flavors. Restaurant Anzu will also offer Feinstein's at the Nikko guests a special three-course prix-fixe dinner ($45 per person) prior to all performances.
