Theater Works Hosts Arizona Senior Follies, Benefits FAMILIES IN CRISIS

On October 22nd, The Arizona Follies are back at Theater Works with a spectacular benefit concert Thank You for the Music. This year's show will star nine Ms. Senior Arizona's, as well as, local impressive talent. Sponsored by The Cameo Foundation proceeds will benefit "Families in Crisis". "Families in Crisis" includes the charities Butterfly House, New Life Center, Crisis Nursery and Turnbow Foundation. Join Theater Works on October 22nd at 7:30 p.m. for an entertaining evening with the Arizona Senior Follies. This talented and worthy event will include a glass of wine and wonderful entertainment all benefiting a good cause. Tickets are only $29 and 100% of the proceeds will go directly to "Families in Crisis."

Danny Davis of KOY-AM radio will be the master of ceremonies of the two hour performance. The proceeds will help pay for new shoes and clothing for the first day of a new job, bus fare back to family or deposits to get their own apartment. The fundraising provides "Families In Crisis" that extra money to help with gas or car repairs.

The Cameo Foundation was created to provide a platform for the many talented seniors in Arizona to share their talents, skills, resources, and experiences with people of all ages. Cameo's seniors have led very productive lives, and are anxious to "give back" to society and charitable causes in meaningful ways.

Tickets are now on sale both online at theaterworks.org and at the Peoria Center for the Performing Arts. The Box Office is open from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. daily and may be reached at 623-815-7930. ARIZONA SENIOR FOLLIES Thank You For The Music performs on October 22nd at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are only $29.00 (prices include service and processing fees) and includes a glass of wine. Theater Works is located in the Peoria Center for the Performing Arts (the theater with the copper roof) at 8355 W Peoria Avenue, Peoria.
