LA MIRADA THEATRE FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS & MC COY RIGBY ENTERTAINMENT present the first production in its 2014-2015 season with the Tony Award-winning GOOD PEOPLE, written by David Lindsay-Abaire (Rabbit Hole, Fuddy Meers) and directed by Jeff Maynard (Broadway Bound, Boeing-Boeing). GOOD PEOPLE will feature Katie MacNichol, Anne Gee Byrd, Gigi Bermingham, Wyatt Fenner, Sophina Brown and Martin Kildare.

BWW TV's LA Correspondent/Co-Producer Michael Sterling and Videographer/Co-Producer Jordan Santacana were front and center with the stars attending the Actors Fund 18th Annual Tony® Awards Live Viewing Fundraising Party made possible by Tony® Awards Productions, Inc., the American Theatre Wing, the Broadway League, Direct TV and CBS. Wells Fargo presented the evening Sunday, June 8, 2014 at the Skirball Cultural Center's new Guerin Pavilion/Herscher Hall in Los Angeles which was reported by event producer Luke Yankee to have raised $300,000. As BroadwayWorld reported last week, Cathy Rigby is being sued by composer Craig Barna over the latest tour of PETER PAN. Barna's $2 million lawsuit claims that he has not been compensated for over 30 musical numbers that he contributed to the musical. Tom McCoy, of McCoy Rigby Entertainment, has responded to the lawsuit and gave BroadwayWorld the following statement regarding the situation:
