Arena Stage at the Mead Center for American Theater announces the full company for the Washington, D.C. premiere of Christopher Durang's Tony Award-winning comedy Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike.

Five-time Obie Award-winning theater company Clubbed Thumb has announced the line-up for SUMMERWORKS, its annual series of new plays. Now in its 20th season, SUMMERWORKS will run May 20th through June 29th at The Wild Project (195 E 3rd Street) in Manhattan, and will feature productions of three new plays: D DEB DEBBIE DEBORAH by Jerry Lieblich, directed by Lee Sunday Evans; CARD AND GIFT by Kate E. The CSULB Theatre Arts Department University Players will present Eurydice, written by Sarah Ruhl, and directed by Robert Prior. Playing March 27th through April 11th, Eurydice, is a contemporary retelling of the classic myth of Orpheus from the perspective of his young bride, Eurydice.

Women's Project Theater, under the leadership of newly-appointed Producing Artistic Director Lisa McNulty, is pleased to present the World Premiere of BRIGHT HALF LIFE - a new play by Pulitzer Prize finalist Tanya Barfield and directed by Tony Award nominee Leigh Silverman - in a five-week limited engagement at New York City Center Stage II (131 W. 55th Street) through March 22, 2015. Opening night is set for tonight, February 25.

Second Thought Theatre Artistic Director Alex Organ announced today the complete details for Bull, the dark comedy by British playwright Mike Bartlett. Christie Vela is making her STT directorial debut with Bull, which is part of the Elevator Project at the AT&T Performing Arts Center. Bull begins with a preview performance on Thursday, February 26 and runs through Saturday, March 14. All performances of Bull will take place in the Studio Theatre and the Dee and Charles Wyly Theatre, 2400 Flora Street. Tickets to Bull can be purchased at 2TT.co and by calling (214) 871-5000.

The Repertory Theatre of St. Louis concludes the 2014-2015 Studio Theatre series with Buyer & Cellar by Jonathan Tolins, directed by Wendy Dann and performed by Jeremy Webb. This comical production will be performed in the Emerson Studio Theatre of the Loretto-Hilton Center for the Performing Arts, 130 Edgar Road (on the campus of Webster University), Webster Groves, March 11-29, 2015.

The award-winning, nationally-renowned Ma-Yi Theater Company - one of the country's leading producers of new works for the stage by Asian-American writers - will continue its 2014-15 season this spring with the world premiere of SOLDIER X by Rehana Lew Mirza, with preview performances set to begin March 24 prior to an official opening night on March 31 at the HERE (145 Sixth Avenue, enter on Dominick Street, one block south of Spring) in NYC. SOLDIER X is directed by Lucie Tiberghien.

Gulfshore Playhouse will produce their second World Premiere in as many years with The Butcher by Gwydion Suilebhan, playing February 28th through March 22nd with $30 preview performances on February 25th, 26th and 27th. The Notre Dame Shakespeare Festival today announced a special addition to its 2015 season. Offering a three-night-only run of performances in early March, NDSF will present Romeo and Juliet tied to its 2015 theme: "Love, Loss, and Laughter." Professional actors will perform a 75-minute version of Shakespeare's famous love story while incorporating live acoustic music. This year's festival features new works from three promising playwrights who are best known as members of the acclaimed Hilberry acting ensemble.

Rattlestick Playwrights Theater and Women's Project Theater will present the world premiere of The Undeniable Sound of Right Now, written by Laura Eason (S e x with Strangers,'House of Cards') and directed by Kirsten Kelly (Slipping), beginning Thursday, March 19 at 7pm at Rattlestick Playwrights Theater, 224 Waverly Place, west of Seventh Avenue South. Opening night is set for Thursday, April 2 at 7pm. The production is set to run through Saturday, May 2.

TACT/The Actors Company Theatre presents Abundance, the 1990 play by Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Beth Henley (Crimes of the Heart). An epic tale of friendship set against the backdrop of the sweeping American West, Abundance will be directed by TACT Co-Artistic Director Jenn Thompson, who directed last season's production of William Inge's Natural Affection.
