Yale Repertory Theatre announces its 2015-16 Season, which will include three world premieres and two classics.

Following its artistic and popular successes of the past 12 months, which included multiple Jeff nominations for The Playboy of the Western World, praise for the rarely produced Vieux Carre by Tennessee Williams, universal acclaim for All My Sons and the Chicago premiere of Horton Foote's Dividing the Estate, Raven Theatre will produce a five-show subscription season for the first time in the company's 33-year history. Three of the subscription-season plays will be performed on the company's 140-seat East Stage and two will be played in its intimate 60-seat studio, the West Stage.

Lincoln Center Theater has announced the first two productions of its 2015-2016 season: DADA WOOF PAPA HOT, a new play by Peter Parnell, to be directed by Scott Ellis, beginning performances Thursday, October 15 and opening Monday, November 9 at the Mitzi E. Newhouse Theater; and the LCT3 world premiere production of KILL FLOOR, a new play by Abe Koogler, to be directed by Lila Neugebauer, which will begin performances Saturday, October 3, open on Monday, October 19, and run through Sunday, November 15 at the Claire Tow Theater (150 West 65 Street).

The theatrical result of a unique international partnership between New York's Covenant House International and The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London will be showcased this month at the star-studded Crossing Bridges Play Festival in Manhattan. The event, which is being held at the HELEN MILLS Event Space and Theatre on Sunday 22 March 2015, has also been made possible thanks to a line-up of Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize winners and nominees, all of whom have generously donated their time and talents to the project.

Laugh, making its world premiere at Studio Theatre, is the latest from Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Beth Henley. With its designations of "slapstick" and as an homage to silent movies we expect movement and pace to be at the forefront, yet Laugh is far more rooted in language. But why box Laugh into a genre? There is little else like it. It is with her heightened language and quirkiness that playwright Beth Henley is at her best. Though flawed and in need of a trim from its current 2:15 running time, the comedy has some fine moments particularly in the final scenes that highlight Henley's unique style and unexpected choices.

The Repertory Theatre of St. Louis (The Rep) is proud to announce its 2015-2016 season of performances on the Mainstage, as well as the three productions to be performed by its Imaginary Theatre Company (ITC). The Georgetown University Theater & Performance Studies Program presents for one-night only Belgrade-based DAH (meaning "breath") Teatar, known for its acutely personal yet profoundly political performances. The Monday, March 30, 2015 workshop performance at 8 p.m. of their duet piece "The Quivering of the Rose," excerpted from a larger ensemble work called The Presence of Absence, gives voice to the pain and constant presence of absence endured by families of the missing - those lost to ethnic and political conflict, crime and misfortune, and to the unknown and undefined.

Drayton Arms Theatre today announces the cast for Oriel Theatre Company's production of Oliver Michell's new play The Tulip Tree. Antonio Ferrara directs Piers Hunt (Paul Verrell), Alexander Shenton (J. Enoch Powell), Helen Reuben (Barbara Kennedy) and Peter Wicks (Edward Campion). The play opens on Thursday 2 April, with previews from 31 March and runs until 25 April.
