?The Cincinnati Pops Orchestra and Conductor John Morris Russell are delighted to announce the Pops' 2015-2016 season at Cincinnati Music Hall, the fifth under the direction of Mr. Russell. The season, presented by PNC along with the Pops Artist Series Sponsor, The Otto M. Budig Family Foundation, features exciting guest artist debuts, alongside the return of the best genres and artists that have built the Pops into an American icon.

N'Kenge (Motown: The Musical, Sondheim on Sondheim), returns to Queens Library in a Free Concert as a featured soloist performing excerpts from the Broadway-Bound Akhenaten: The Musical. Selections will range from her leading role as Queen Ti to the role of Nefertiti. N'Kenge will be joined by Seph Stanek along with a team of ensemble members under the direction of Charles Czarnecki.

Sutton Foster to Make Solo Carnegie Hall Debut with the New York Pops in March

On March 13, 2015, The New York Pops continues its 31st season with two-time Tony Award winner Sutton Foster in her solo debut at Carnegie Hall. Among other musical standards, Foster will reprise her unforgettable performances of "Anything Goes" and "I Get a Kick Out of You" from her Tony Award-winning turn as Reno Sweeney in the Cole Porter classic. She will also offer her own take on "Down with Love," made famous by Judy Garland and Barbra Streisand. Foster will be joined by special guest artists Joshua Henry and Megan McGinnis, who will sing the showstopper "Let It Sing" from Violet, and the touching "Neverland" from Peter Pan.

Clive Gillinson, Executive and Artistic Director, today announced Carnegie Hall's 2015-2016 season consisting of more than 170 concerts as well as wide-ranging education and community programs created by Carnegie Hall's Weill Music Institute. The upcoming season includes performances by many of the world's greatest artists and ensembles representing classical, pop, jazz, and world music, with events presented on Carnegie Hall's three stages, in the Hall's new Resnick Education Wing, and throughout New York City.

Just last week, the New York Pops continued its 32nd season in a series at Carnegie Hall celebrating the diversity of some of popular music's greatest icons. Music Director Steven Reineke led the orchestra in a festive holiday concert featuring Broadway's own Kelli O'Hara and Matthew Morrison, as they reunited with a program of seasonal classics and contemporary holiday songs in 'Kelli and Matthew: Home for the Holidays.'. The New York Pops brought the beloved Rudolph Characters to life in a Family Concert and broadwayworld was there for the rehearsal. Steven Reineke conducted and John Bolton narrated. The concert featured original choreography by director Liza Gennaro performed by dancers from New York Theatre Ballet.

Music Director Steven Reineke had another gig right after the Pops Holiday Concert which featured Matthew Morrison and Kelli O'Hara. Steven was the pianist and conducted the sing along for the lucky concert goers that signed up for the after-party at Trattoria Dell'Arte which is across the street from Carnegie Hall.
