Signature Theatre presents The Wayside Motor Inn by A.R. Gurney, directed by Lila Neugebauer. The production will now play through Sunday, September 28, 2014. The Wayside Motor Inn began performances on August 12 and opens this Thursday, September 4 in The Alice Griffin Jewel Box Theatre at The Pershing Square Signature Center (480 West 42nd Street between 9th and 10th Avenues). Arena Stage, D.C.'s venerable theatrical institution along the Potomac River, has established a reputation over its last 64 seasons for presenting works that challenge, engage and entertain audiences. The world-premiere production of Morris Panych's comedy The Shoplifters, which opens its season, seems poised to continue that tradition, all thanks to a shoplifter named Alma and a security guard named Otto.

Jennifer Leigh Green (Broadway's Wicked, Bare, TV's Sabrina the Teenage Witch) and Josh Tolle (NYMF's Searching for Romeo) will join Broadway and Off-Broadway talent in BROADWAY'S EPIC FAIL, a two night-concert to bring you more songs from movies that should never be musicals. The evenings will be hosted by Jen Eden.

Mix a Hitchcock masterpiece with a juicy spy novel and a dash of Monty Python and you have The 39 Steps, the hilarious whodonit opening Bristol Riverside Theatre's season on September 30-October 26. Directed by Gus Kaikkonen, the ensemble cast features Dan Hodge, Matt Leisy, Karen Peakes, and Adam Sowers.

Broadway awaits O'Malley to star in her first original role in HONEYMOON AND VEGAS.

Josh Walker, a cast member of the upcoming Broadway revival of Side Show and its recent Kennedy Center staging, has written a new musical about Post-Impressionistic French painter Henri de Toulouse Lautrec and the Moulin Rouge. Toulouse: A New Musical has a score composed by Walker, with a book by John David Nelson, and lyrics by both Walker and Nelson. A workshop is currently taking place in Chicago with presentations scheduled for this weekend, August 29 - 31, 2014. Walker will also play the title role of Toulouse Lautrec.

kef theatrical productions will present IT'S ONLY KICKBALL, STUPID - the new play by Caroline Prugh and directed by Adam Fitzgerald - from today, August 28 to September 14 at The Hartley House (413 West 46th Street). IT'S ONLY KICKBALL, STUPID is a sly time-bending comedy in a special immersive production that tosses the audience into the center of the action.

Signature Theatre is proud to present Sunday in the Park with George, the Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award®-winning musical, directed by Signature Associate Artistic Director Matthew Gardiner (Signature's Dreamgirls, The Threepenny Opera). Running in the MAX Theatre through September 21, the Stephen Sondheim/James Lapine classic is the first production of Signature Theatre's 25th Anniversary.

54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, presents Party Monster The Musical tonight, August 27th at 9:30pm. This one night only presentation, hosted by downtown superstar Leo Gugu (Stylist/Nightlife Personality), will showcase the worldwide premiere of select songs from Party Monster The Musical.

Stage & Screen, a collaboration between Coolidge Corner Theatre and Huntington Theatre Company that explores the depictions of shared themes in Huntington productions and acclaimed films announces four upcoming film screenings and post-screening conversations with Huntington artists and experts.
