A. R. Gurney's LOVE AND MONEY is a play rich in finely-crafted badinage and finely defined characters, all the more enjoyable when presented with as well-rounded a cast as now appears in Theatre Artists Studio's staging of the show, deftly directed by Carol MacLeod. Runs through May 19th at The Studio in Scottsdale, AZ.

Godspell, a vibrant and joyful show, loosely follows the parables of Jesus with humor and playful storytelling. In- stead of a religious or historic focus, the musical centers on the building of a community out of an eclectic group of people.

Carolyn Dorfman Dance, a premiere modern dance company based in New Jersey and New York City, will appear at NJPAC for two performances on Saturday, April 6, at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, April 7, at 3:00 p.m. as part of the Jersey Moves! Festival of Dance Series. The acclaimed company will celebrate more than three decades of work by their founding artistic director and choreographer Carolyn Dorfman in a program entitled "Love Life Dance."

Grammy award-winning singer/songwriter Jason Mraz will headline Shane's Inspiration's star-studded gala on Friday evening, March 29th at The Beverly Hills Hotel. The 'The Greatest Playground Reimagined' celebration will be co-hosted by Carrie Ann Inaba ( The Talk/Dancing with the Stars). Set in Hollywood 1950, this witty comedy-drama reveals what goes on behind closed doors when a world-famous writer, his actress wife and his longtime 'secretary' arrive from England, only to have their comfortable household disrupted by the arrival of a handsome young priest and a film producer with a secret of his own.

NOTE: There is no performance on Thanksgiving (Nov. 22), but there is an added matinee performance on Friday, Nov. 23 at 2:30 pm. Press opening performance will be on Sunday, November 19 at 2:30 pm.

Touch The Sky, a benefit performance in support of Shane's Inspiration, https://shanesinspiration.org/ the L.A. based organization that has created a network of over 68 inclusive playgrounds worldwide, has added Oscar winner J.K. Simmons to an already all-star roster that now includes The New York Children's Chorus. The evening, which is honoring the legendary Chita Rivera, takes place Monday, October 1st at 7:30 p.m. at Zankel Hall - Carnegie Hall.

Beloved storytelling nonprofit The Moth today announced that, after a nationwide search, Alabama-based author and small business owner Tonya Scott Williams was selected as the first fan to host a special episode of its ultra popular podcast in honor of the show's 10th anniversary. Acclaimed jazz violinist Regina Carter will serve as Artistic Director of this summer's All-Female Jazz Residency, the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) announced today. Carter succeeds the late jazz pianist and composer Geri Allen, the residency's founding Artistic Director.

On June 5, 2018, the Fulton Theatre launches The Hunchback of Notre Dame, the theatre's season finale and biggest production of the 2017/2018 season.  The Hunchback of Notre Dame will also be one of the largest shows in the theatre's one hundred sixty six year history. Over ninety cast and choir members will take the stage amidst soaring bell towers, a gypsy village, and the bustling streets of fifteenth century Paris. Beneath the stage, a fourteen piece orchestra will bring to life the incredible music of the timeless classic.
