Screen Actors Guild Foundation and Broadway World have partnered for an inaugural filmed Conversations Q&A series to recognize and celebrate the vibrant theatre community in New York City and the union actors who aspire to have a career on the stage and screen. The American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) at Harvard University has announced that three-time Emmy Award-winning actor Bryan Cranston will play the lead role of Lyndon Baines Johnson in Robert Schenkkan's new play All The Way opening the A.R.T.'s 2013-14 Season at the Loeb Drama Center. The production, directed by Bill Rauch, will begin performances on September 13, 2013.

Theater for the New City (Crystal Field, Executive Director) will present the world premiere of Eduardo Machado's play Mariquitas, directed by Michael Domitrovich, beginning April 27th and continuing through May 19th only. Opening Night is set for Sunday May 5th (7pm).

Mr. Olsen's addition of haunting, instumental melodies at the most reverent moments, further enhanced the sensationalism of the scenes. The historical Paul Robeson Theater in Ft. Greene, Brooklyn is opening its doors again for a limited benefit production of Cowboy Mouth by Sam Shepherd and Patti Smith. Directed by Mark Gallagher and featuring Lisa Jill Anderson, Cory Michael Kosel and Marco de Ornello, this three-day-only benefit production hosted by Stable Cable Lab Co. will raise money to restore the historical Paul Robeson Theater.

Category 7 in association with La Salle Academy and Nativity Mission announces the cast and creative team for Stand-Up Tragedy, Bill Cain's searing 1991 play about a Lower East Side middle school, where an idealistic young teacher sets out to save one of his students from an abusive family and the streets. Directed by Nicholas Minas, performances begin at Nativity Church (44 2nd Avenue - between 2nd & 3rd Streets) tonight, April 12, 2013 and will continue through May 4.

La MaMa presents the World Premiere of Chemistry of Love, written by Jill Campbell and directed by George Ferencz. Chemistry of Love runs May 2 - 19, 2013 in a limited engagement at La MaMa's First Floor Theatre, located at 74A East 4th Street between 2nd Avenue & the Bowery in New York City. The Ruckus Theater announces casting for the world premiere of Facing Angela starting June 29 at The Athenaeum Theatre (2936 N. Southport) in Chicago's Lake View neighborhood. First written ten years ago and re-imagined through a recent workshop with The Ruckus, Facing Angela is written by Season 4 featured playwright Scott T. Barsotti and is directed by Kyra Lewandowski.

The Contemporary American Theater Festival (CATF) at Shepherd University has announced the five-play repertory for its 23rd season of producing and developing new American theater. The four-week festival, consisting of 94 performances and other programming, will be held July 5 - 28 on the Shepherd University campus in Shepherdstown, WV.

Albert Schultz, Founding Artistic Director of Soulpepper Theatre Company, previously released details about Soulpepper's 2013 four-show spring lineup, comprised of: Sam Shepard's True West; a new adaptation of Arthur Schnitzler's La Ronde by Jason Sherman; a fresh adaptation of The Barber of Seville by Michael O'Brien with music by John Millard; and Ins Choi's Kim's Convenience. True West and La Ronde begin this month; The Barber of Seville and Kim's Convenience open in May.
