The North American tour of Jimmy Buffett's ESCAPE TO MARGARITAVILLE is getting ready to hit the road! The musical will star Chris Clark as Tully, Sarah Hinrichsen as Rachel, Shelly Lynn Walsh as Tammy, Peter Michael Jordan as Brick, Rachel Lyn Fobbs as Marley, Patrick Cogan as J.D. and Matthew James Sherrod as Jamal/Ted.

TROIKA Entertainment announced the casting for the North American tour of Jimmy Buffett's ESCAPE TO MARGARITAVILLE. 'Nobody got into this business to play it safe.' The perfect description of the stress put on individuals in show business. A Chorus Line represents the story of dancers in 1975, many of whom are looking to break out onto the Broadway stage. Each dancer is asked to give a brief description of themselves. Some stories left the audience laughing hysterically. Some stories left them heartbroken, but all achieved the impact of the journey these dancers would take to make it to the stage. The performance was incredible and brought light to the performers who are not always in the spotlight.

Theater League's national tour of 'A Chorus Line' features a stellar cast, fabulous singing and dancing, but above all, the rock solid directing by Baayork Lee, the original Connie, who has ensured that Michael Bennett's original conception from over 40 years ago remains the same as he intended, as if Lee were encasing the show in amber.

In another hit for Long Island's John W. Engeman Theatre, Tony nominee The Full Monty delivers a lively production like its Broadway predecessor. This wonderful incarnation, directed superbly by Engeman newbie KEITH ANDREWS, runs through March 5th at the gorgeous Northport venue. The tale centers on a group of steel workers who were laid-off from their job and we follow them trying to get back on their feet and overcome insecurities.

In need of quick cash and low on prospects, six unemployed Buffalo steelworkers come up with the outrageous idea to put on a strip act after seeing their wives' enthusiasm for a touring company of Chippendales. As they prepare for the big night, working through their fears, self-consciousness and anxieties, they overcome their inner demons and find strength in their camaraderie.

Tony Award-winner and Broadway veteran Michele Pawk will direct A Chorus Line, the Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize-winning musical at Wagner College Theatre, April 13-24.
