Launching its 19th season, Shattered Globe Theatre will present Martin McDonagh's The Beauty Queen of Leenane, previewing January 13, opening January 16th and running through February 27, 2011, at the Athenaeum Theatre, Studio 2, 2936 N. Southport in Chicago.

Atlantic Theater Company Neil Pepe, Artistic Director; Jeffory Lawson, Managing Director is proud to announce that Patricia Conolly, Michael Countryman, Francesca Faridany, Mikaela Feely-Lehmann, Rick Holmes, John Keating, Peter Maloney, Jaime Ray Newman, Patricia O'Connell, Jeremy Shamos, Joey Slotnick and Tom Patrick Stephens will star in the world premiere adaptation of THE NEW YORK IDEA by Tony Award® winner David Auburn from the original play by Langdon Mitchell and directed by Mark Brokaw.

Nominated for Tony Award for Best Play, The Lonesome West is the third play in Martin McDonagh's Connemara trilogy which includes The Skull of Connemara and The Beauty Queen of Leenane. Ensemble member Sheldon Patinkin, who directed The Gift's critically acclaimed, Jeff Nominated production of Beauty Queen, returns to direct the hilariously violent examination of brotherly love.

The Gift Theatre presents Martin McDonagh's The Lonesome West directed by Gift ensemble member Sheldon Patinkin and featuring Gift ensemble members John Connolly, Paul D'Addario and John Gawlik, with guest artist Brittany Burch. 'The Lonesome West' opens November 1st to the press and November 4th to the public; previews October 28-31. The Lonesome West plans to run from November 4 to December 19. Showtimes are Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 7:30 P.M., Sundays at 2:30 PM.

The production opens January 10 and runs through February 6, 2011 at the Addison Theatre Centre.
