The Broadway at Birdland concert series presents Tony Award Nominated actress and singer Anita Gillette is presenting two evenings of music and memories while taking what's being described as 'an intimate, touching and hilarious look behind the scenes from Broadway to Hollywood' in her new autobiographical one-woman show "After All." The first event took place last night, September 24 & and the second will happen on Monday, October 1 at 7pm at Birdland (315 West 44 Street, NYC). Check out photos from the concert below!

Jim Caruso's Cast Party has been jokingly called "the Ellis Island of Cabaret," because at one time or another, all great talent seems to come through the historic Birdland doors. Monday night, September 10th, was certainly no exception, and even a little more star-filled than usual. Long-time Cast Party stalwart, Liza Minnelli showed up with concert superstar Michael Feinstein to celebrate her return to "Arrested Development," and his new gig as lead conductor of the Pasadena Pops. At the next table, Feinstein's current singing partner, Marilyn Maye caught up with friends before taking the stage so sing and swing. Check out photos from the evening below!

Feinstein's at Loews Regency presents the New York debut duet engagement of two-time Emmy and five-time Grammy-nominated entertainer Michael Feinstein, and acclaimed Grammy-nominated vocalist Marilyn Maye, through September 22. The two powerhouse entertainers share the nightclub stage for the first time in an evening of dynamic entertainment including pop standards, boogie woogie classics and audience favorites. Yesterday, August 13, Broadway at Birdland presented multi-Grammy and Tony-nominated composer Frank Wildhorn in his monthly concert series called "Frank & Friends." Joining Frank onstage were Constantine Maroulis (upcoming star of Jekyll & Hyde), Laura Osnes (Tony nominee/Bonnie & Clyde and upcoming Cinderella), Melissa van Der Schyff (Bonnie & Clyde) and Stark Sands (upcoming Kinky Boots).

On Monday, July 16, Broadway at Birdland was proud to present another "Frank & Friends," a monthly concert hosted by multi-Grammy and Tony nominated composer Frank Wildhorn. Joining Frank onstage was the gifted Grammy-nominated jazz singer Jane Monheit, Las Vegas and Cafe Carlyle headliner Clint Holmes, and a band that included David Mann on woodwinds, Chris Lightcap on bass and Clint de Ganon on drums. The historic room was packed with showbiz glitterati, including Chita Rivera (upcoming Drood), Ben Vereen, Constantine Maroulis (upcoming Jekyll & Hyde), Sara Gettelfinger (Addams Family tour), Patrick Page (Spiderman: Turn Off The Dark), and Paige Davis (host of the upcoming talk show "Home & Family").

Last night, May 29, the John Pizzarelli Quartet and special guest Bucky Pizzarelli visited Cafe Carlyle, where they will play through June 8. Performances take place Tues-Fri at 8:45 p.m. & Saturday at 8:45 p.m. & 10:45 p.m. Cover Tues-Thurs: $90 per person ($50 bar seating; $135 premium seating); Cover Fri-Sat: $100 per person ($50 bar seating; $135 premium seating).

The word ‘colorful' doesn't begin to explain the mixture of talent that gathered last night at Birdland, New York's most iconic music room. Simply Barbra, Steven Brinberg's hilarious homage to Streisand, celebrated the diva's 70th birthday in style with special guests Marilyn Maye, Corey Mach and Karl Warden.

On Monday, April 16, Natalie Douglas brought her new concert, 'Freedom Songs,' to the Broadway at Birdland stage. The show was a celebration of the union between music and civil rights activism, and highlighted songs from the fight for equality of all people, regardless of color, religion, sexual orientation, or gender.

This Thursday, Cast Party will move down the block from Birdland for a repeat engagement at Town Hall. We caught up with creator and host Jim Caruso to talk about the show and the event.

Grammy Award-nominated jazz vocalist and JazzWeek's Vocalist of the Year Award winner Tierney Sutton and her four-piece band play Birdland through tonight, with shows at 8:30 and 11.

On Monday, September 14, internet superstar MIRANDA SINGS wowed the sold-out Broadway at Birdland crowd with a musical extravaganza packed with special guests. Opening with 'I Know It's Today,' cast members from Shrek, Marissa O'Donnell and Leah Greenhaus, brought the dazzling diva to the stage with style.

After Monday night's Nick Adams Broadway at Birdland concert, everyone stuck around for a jam-packed Cast Party, guest hosted by Scott Siegel, stepping in for Jim Caruso who is traveling out of town.

Back by popular demand, The Broadway Boys performed at the famed Birdland nightclub on July 9th at 7PM.
