As we continue our series of interviews with theatre pros during the Covid-19 outbreak, Broadwayworld NJ interviewed Founder and Executive Director, Stephen L. Fredericks of The Growing Stage, The Children's Theatre of New Jersey.

Philip Roger Roy and Playhouse Productions, Inc. have announced a limited engagement of the off Broadway hit Old Jews Telling Jokes at the Indian Wells Theater on the CSUSB campus in Palm Desert. The National Touring Production is now playing through Sunday, March 15.

Broadwayworld.com had the opportunity to interview Executive Director and Founder of the Growing Stage, Stephen L. Fredericks.

Old Jews Telling Jokes: there couldn't be a more accurate and precise title for a show. A spunky cast of five tells classic Jewish jokes- themed around the stages of life, relationships, and of course, sex- throughout the duration of the performance.

Old Jews Telling Jokes celebrates the rich tradition of Jewish humor, 'and all the rabbis, complaining wives, fed-up husbands, patience-challenged physicians, gossiping ladies, and competitive men' populating it.
