Deadline.com ha confirmado que el último actor que se unirá en la película de Les Miserables no será otro que Eddie Redmayne en el papel de 'Marius'. According to Deadline.com, HBO has chosen not to go further with John Logan's Miraculous Year pilot. The Broadway star packed pilot was directed by Kathryn Bigelow. HBO reortedly decided to pass on the series becuase it did not have a wide enough appeal.

According to a report by Baz Bamigboye in UK Daily Mail, Eddie Redmayne has been chosen to star in an upcoming Marilyn Monroe movie, in which he will play Monroe's caretaker. He will join Michelle Williams who is set to play Monroe in My Week With Marilyn. Filming is set to begin in ten days.

According to Theatermania, Tony Award winner Eddie Redmayne, along with actor Naomi Watts, model Jourdan Dunn, chef David Chang, and others, will be in a featured fashion spread in the September 2010 issue of Vogue.

Erik Altemus, currently appearing as Matt in the Off Broadway production of The Fantasticks, has been cast in the HBO pilot The Miraculous Year, written by John Logan (Red) and directed by Kathryn Bigelow (The Hurt Locker). Altemus will play Brandon, a dancer.
