Bechdel Project and Ensemble Studio Theatre will present the world premiere reading of Jeanne Dorsey's play, THE KIT: MADE BY MARTHA, directed by Jackson Gay (Transfers by Lucy Thurber - Off-Broadway Alliance Best New Play Award), on May 7th (3pm) and 8th (7pm) in New York City; part of the Alfred P. Sloan 2023 First Light Festival.

Ensemble Studio Theatre and The Alfred P. Sloan Foundation announced today that the World Premiere of what you are now by Sam Chanse (Fruiting Bodies), directed by Steve Cosson (Whisper House), and co-presented by The Civilians (Steve Cosson, Artistic Director), will now begin previews on Wednesday March 9, 2022, out of an abundance of caution for the health and safety of both the production and audiences.

Lynne Meadow (Artistic Director) and Barry Grove (Executive Producer) are pleased to announce the complete casting for the world premiere of Continuity, the new play by Lortel and Drama Desk Award nominee Bess Wohl (Small Mouth Sounds, American Hero) and directed by Tony Award nominee Rachel Chavkin (Hadestown; Natasha, Pierre & The Great Comet of 1812). Slee, Executive Director), EST's YOUNGBLOOD (Graeme Gillis and RJ Tolan, Co-Artistic Directors), whose past plays include the Tony Award-nominated Hand to God, and The Radio Drama Network are proud to announce casting for the World Premiere of DIDO OF IDAHO, written by Abby Rosebrock (Singles in Agriculture) and directed by Mikhaela Mahony (Noise of the Future). DIDO OF IDAHO begins previews at EST's Curt Dempster Theatre (549 W. 52nd Street, New York, NY 10019) on March 14, 2018, with an opening night set for March 22, for a limited run through April 8, 2018.

The Colorado Theatre Guild's 11th Annual Henry Awards will take place Monday, July 18, 2016 at the PACE Center, 20000 Pikes Peak Avenue in Parker, Colorado. The evening begins at 6 p.m. with cocktails and the awards ceremony will begin at 7 p.m., followed by an after-party. In response to popular demand, Labyrinth Theater Company extends the New York premiere of The Way West by Mona Mansour to April 10. The production, which opened on March 16, is directed by Labyrinth Artistic Director Mimi O'Donnell and features Labyrinth Company Member and Obie award-winner Deirdre O'Connell. The Way West is a new, offbeat comedy about life and debt. The production must close on the 10th.
