Riding the momentum of being named 2019's Artist of the Year, contemporary jazz guitarist Chris Standring's first single from his forthcoming 13th solo album, “Real Life,” was the most added track in its debut week at radio. The curiously titled “Is There A Doctor In The House?,” which is illumined by a celestial gospel vocal sample and Standring's joyous electric guitar parlance and rousing keyboard blasts, is one of nine new tunes written by the artist, who produced and arranged the eleven-song set dropping March 20 on the Ultimate Vibe Recordings imprint.

The 15th annual festival will take place over two weekends, February 15-16, and February 21-23, and feature readings of new plays by Benjamin Benne, L M Feldman, Yussef El Guindi, Jessica Kahkoska, and co-writers Suzan Shown Harjo and Mary Kathryn Nagle. The festival will also feature world premiere productions from the 2019 Colorado New Play Summit by Tony Meneses and Bonnie Metzgar.

The Colorado Theatre Guild's 14th Annual Henry Awards will take place Monday, July 22, 2019 at the Lone Tree Arts Center, located at 10075 Commons St. Lone Tree, CO 80124. The evening begins at 6 p.m. with cocktails and the awards ceremony will begin at 7 p.m., followed by a catered reception at the Lone Tree Arts Center.
