Tenor Anthony Kearns will sing 'God Bless America' as the guest of current NFC East Division leaders, the Washington Redskins, on Monday Night Football, December 7, 2015 as they host the Dallas Cowboys at FedExField in Landover, MD.

Based on the smash hit 2003 film of the same title, SCHOOL OF ROCK: THE MUSICAL, with music from the movie, as well as an original score by Andrew Lloyd Webber and lyricist Glenn Slater, a book by Julian Fellowes and direction by Laurence Connor, makes its World Premiere on Broadway tonight, December 6, at the Winter Garden Theatre. Adam Jacobs, currently starring as Aladdin in Disney's Aladdin on Broadway, is releasing his debut solo album entitled 'Right Where I Belong,' a compilation of songs by Tony Award® and eight-time Oscar® winner Alan Menken (Beauty and the Beast, Newsies, Aladdin). Featured on the album will be well known tunes such as 'Proud of Your Boy' (Aladdin), 'Go The Distance' (Hercules), 'Santa Fe' (Newsies), and 'Suddenly Seymour' (Little Shop of Horrors, in duet with Jacobs' sister Arielle Jacobs), as well as other melodies from Menken's earlier works.

The Passion of Joan of Arc (Carl Theodor Dreyer, 1928) is widely regarded as not only one of the most important films from the silent era but a movie that proved film could also be art. On Sunday, January 17 at 7:30pm the cult-classic will be screened in VPAC's Great Hall, accompanied by The Orlando Consort's period medieval music-much of which was composed during Joan of Arc's lifetime--for a unique evening blending silent film with live music that bring the story of Saint Joan to life onstage.

Maestro Thierry Fischer leads the Utah Symphony and the Utah Symphony Chorus during the 'Ode to Joy' concert this weekend, December 4-5 at 7:30 PM at Abravanel Hall. Utah Symphony will also perform the world premiere of American composer Nico Muhly's commission, 'Control (Five Landscapes for Orchestra),' and live record the performances for later commercial release in Spring 2016.
