Adam Dickinson and Kingsley Judd are making their West End debuts as the new stars of The Simon & Garfunkel Story, the world's biggest and most successful Simon & Garfunkel theatre show.

It was Up UP and Away last night at the Eissey Campus Theatre as Jimmy Webb, one of America's most highly regarded songwriters spent an evening playing and singing his music for the Palm Beach Audience. It's always thrilling to hear the stories behind the creation of iconic music, and I was thinking as Jimmy performed his songs, I guess this it what have been like if the likes of George Gershwin and the other great composers were around to spend an evening describing the process and inspiration of creating music and lyrics.

Outside Lands announced today that Paul Simon will return for a special live performance this August as the artist to close the festival on Sunday, August 11th. The full festival lineup will be revealed March 26.

MusicWorks today invited music fans of classic folk and rock to five more super fun concerts at Old School Square, located at 51 N. Swinton Avenue in Delray Beach.

The Riverside Opera Company(ROC) and Richmond County Orchestra(RCO), under the direction of Maestro Alan Aurelia presents the 2nd Annual Staten Island Has Talent @NYPL. The performers are winners of open public auditions held by the RCO and ROC . They will sing and perform selections of their choosing. Iconic singer-and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame member-ART GARFUNKEL has a busy 2019 planned. He kicked the year off with a run of dates of his In Close-Upconcert through Tennessee (including Nashville's Ryman Auditorium), has a 14-date run through the U.K. set for April and a 7-show run through Germany this October, with many more U.S. shows planned throughout the year (full itinerary below).

Italian label Jando Music, in collaboration with Via Veneto Jazz, have announced the February 22nd release of Across the Sea, the new collaborative album from award winning singer-songwriter Chiara Izzi and internationally acclaimed pianist and vocalist Kevin Hays. Across the Sea is brought to fruition by bassist and French hornist Rob Jost and drummer Greg Joseph, in the company of very special guests, Chris Potter on saxophone, Gregoire Maret on harmonica, Omer Avital on oud, Nir Felder on guitar and Rogerio Boccato on percussion. A work of ingenuity, imagination and passion, Across the Sea is a visionary journey between jazz and pop, America and Italy, dream and lyricism. The multi-lingual, pan-stylistic 10-tune recital comprises well-wrought original pieces and lyrics by each protagonist and highly personalized interpretations of songs from composers and songwriters who both artists love and admire. Izzi and Hays will celebrate this release at Birdland Jazz Club on February 28th at 5:30pm.

As previously reported, actress and director Penny Marshall has passed away at the age of 75, due to complications with diabetes.

Julio Iglesias, one of the most popular Latin artists in history with over 300 million albums sold worldwide, brings his 50 Year Anniversary tour to the Majestic Theatre (224 E. Houston St.) in San Antonio, TX on February 27, 2019 at 8PM. Tickets go on sale this Wednesday, December 19 at 10AM.

Tony Award-winners Lillias White & Cady Huffman will join twin brother singer-songwriters Will & Anthony Nunziata in concert on Sat. Nov. 17 at 7pm at The Green Room 42 to celebrate the release of their new Adult Contemporary album Love Always (released 11/16).

Multitalented twin brother singer-songwriters Will & Anthony Nunziata have officially partnered with one of the nation's leading breast cancer non-profits, Susan G. Komen®. The original song “The Gift Is You” from their soon to be released album Love Alwayswill be used in upcoming campaign videos for the organization in 2018 & 2019. The song was written as a response to their mother's breast cancer diagnosis (today she is in remission) and the brothers debuted the song during two sold out shows at Carnegie Hall with the 90-piece New York Pops. The song will be available on iTunes with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Susan G. Komen. Grammy-winning producer/songwriter Rudy Perez (Christina Aguilera, Gloria Estefan, Ricky Martin) wrote the Spanish version “El Regalo Eres Tu” also featured on the album.
