Last night New York's elite came together with music legends for Caron New York's 20th Annual Gala Fundraiser at the elegant Cipriani on 42nd in New York City, NY. The event raised over a million dollars, all of which will be used towards charity recovery services. Caron's own Harris Stratyner Ph.D , Honoree's Frankie Valli and Denise LeFrak Calicchio were joined by Paul Williams, James Lipton, David Johansen and comedianStewie Stone. Six-time Grammy Award winner and Rock & Roll Hall of Famer Art Garfunkel, whose songs helped define a generation and remain among the most instantly recognizable in popular music, will be in concert after a two-year hiatus, on Friday, April 11, at The Ridgefield Playhouse. This stirring event will be Art Garfunkel's first appearance at The Ridgefield Playhouse, along with his guitar player Ted Leven, in an evening that will be filled with familiar songs, poetry and a special audience Q&A. Discretion is advised if intending to purchase tickets for children younger than 10 years of age. After a two-year hiatus from performing due to complications with his vocal chords, Art Garfunkel is back on tour and feeling great.
