Grammy nominated Gospel sensation Anthony Brown and Group therAPy announces the 2econd Wind Live tour, today.

Friday, July 26 at 6pm Part of Carnegie Hall Citywide Series FREE at Bryant Park Cha Wa's high voltage music fuses fat funky beats with New Orleans-style brass and Mardi Gras Indian spectacle. Lead singer J'Wan Boudreaux's gritty vocals are steeped in the Crescent City's legendary Mardi Gras tradition where African-American men march in Native American dress inspiring a vibrant street music. While Cha Wa honors the tradition with pulse-quickening and foot stomping rhythms, they also add a socially conscious element with songs addressing injustice. You'll move to their intoxicating groove and imagine yourself part of a jubilant New Orleans second line parade.

The dynamic musical team of Ray Chew and Vivian Scott Chew (Dancing with the Stars, American Idol) have worked with Carnegie Hall for the past five seasons to produce some of the most popular concerts in memory, including Night of Inspiration and Sing Along: The Music of Stevie Wonder. Tyscot Music & Entertainment has signed an agreement with Morton Records – home to Grammy® Award winning singer-songwriter and producer, PJ Morton - to release two exciting projects via Morton Records' Inspiration division. The first will be the solo album debut by Atlanta-based singer-songwriter, Josiah “Jojo” Martin, who toured as a background vocalist for Fred Hammond and Morton for years. A radio single will release later this year with the full album to follow. In 2020, Morton Inspiration will deliver an all-star project entitled, The Gospel According to PJ, which will feature reinterpretations of hit songs Morton has written for other celebrated artists over the years.

The urban-flavored, triumph-over-tribulation affirmation with an infectious trap beat, picked up nine new station adds in markets such as Chicago, Detroit and Philadelphia. Last week, the song amassed over 159,000 streams and rose from No. 25 to No. 20 on this week's Billboard Gospel Airplay chart.
