New York City Center today announced programming for the 2019 - 2020 season, which will include Mack and Mabel (Feb 19-23), Kurt Weill's Love Life (March 18-22) directed by Victoria Clark, and a 'new version' of Thoroughly Modern Millie (May 6-10), featuring edits by the playwright Lauren Yee and led by 2018 Tony nominee Ashley Park.

Voting is open and continues for the BroadwayWorld Theater Fans' Choice Awards! Now in our 17th year, the Theater Fans' Choice Awards are, by FAR, the largest fan based awards of their kind. Beetlejuice's Original Broadway Cast Recording is available for digital pre-order starting today, Friday, May 31. The album will be released for digital download and streaming on Friday, June 7. The CD release is planned for this summer.

On Friday night, June 7 at 1AM (Saturday morning) IFC will air a sing-along version of “Original Cast Album: Co-Op”. The special episode will also be available on demand and on the IFC app. Snubbed by the American Theater Wing's Tony Awards® in 1970, even though it only ran for one performance, “Co-Op” is re-taking the theater world by storm thanks to being featured in Season 52 of the critically-acclaimed IFC series Documentary Now!. Though the Tony Awards® faltered, many are wondering if the Emmys® will take notice.

Schmackary's, 'the official cookie of Broadway,'  will host their 5th annual BROADWAY BAKES from May 27-31, 2019. Over twenty of the biggest names on Broadway, including 2019 Tony Awards nominees,  will join together to work behind the counter at Schmackary's, selling cookies to customers and raising money in support of Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.
