Wednesday Repertory Company, a NYC-based company whose focus is on original stage acting, writing, and directing exposing their audience to unique works that explore the human condition, is thrilled to present a new work that has been workshopped by the company for more than a year. Carcass will premiere at Shetler Studios, 244 W 54 St, NYC, opening Thursday, May 9 and running Friday, May 10 at 7:00 pm; Saturday, May 11 at 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm; Sunday May 12 at 5:00 pm; Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday May 15, 16, and 17 at 7:00 pm; Saturday May 18 at 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm; and Sunday May 19 at 5:00 pm.

Divas' Choice celebrated powerhouse women of Atlantic on and off the stage with a fabulous evening of performances honoring Vicki Reiss (Executive Director, The Shubert Foundation), Emily Tow Jackson (Executive Director & President, The Tow Foundation), and Carol Auerbach (Atlantic Board Member, Auerbach Family Foundation) for their extraordinary leadership in arts philanthropy.

NYCO & NYTF To Produce World Premiere Of DEAR ERICH

New York City Opera has announced that it will produce the world premiere of the award-winning jazz composer/pianist Ted Rosenthal's DEAR ERICH. This new jazz opera, to be co-produced with the National Yiddish Theatre Folksbiene at the Museum of Jewish Heritage, will open Wednesday, January 9 and will play four performances only through Sunday, January 13 at the Edmond J. Safra Hall at 36 Battery Place, in lower Manhattan.

SUMMER SHORTS 2018 begins on July 20 and runs through September 1. The Orchard Project is proud to announce the artists, teams, and ensembles participating in its twelfth summer theatre residency program. More than 30 artists and ensembles were selected for residencies this summer from nearly 600 theatre artists and companies who applied. The artists, teams, and companies will come to Saratoga Springs from across the United States and the world to accelerate projects at various stages of development. Throughout the program, the Orchard Project will also present a series of special events and cabarets for the public by OP residents and associated artists.
