Further casting has been announced for one of the all-time classic musical comedies, KISS ME, KATE,  which is making a long awaited return to the London stage this summer for a strictly limited 15-week run from 4th June until 14th September at the Barbican Theatre.

Cahoots Theatre Company Ltd in association with Jamie Clark Theatre presents the UK premiere of William Humble's play Wodehouse in Wonderland, starring Robert Daws and directed by Robin Herford, on a UK Tour which opens at Malvern Theatres on 26 January 2023.  

The cast features Gemma Jones as Aunt Anne Lister, Timothy West as Jeremy Lister, Jodhi May (Lady Vere Cameron), Katherine Kelly (Elizabeth Sutherland), Derek Riddell (Captain George Sutherland), Stephanie Cole (Aunt Ann Walker), Peter Davison (William Priestley), Amelia Bullmore (Eliza Priestley), Vincent Franklin (Christopher Rawson), and more.

As the hazy veil of Minnesota winter lifts, local company Ballet Co.Laboratory is set to bloom amidst the landscape in an outdoor presentation of the ballet An American in Paris from June 5-6, 2021. This alfresco engagement at Como Lakeside Pavilion in St. Paul is the first glimpse at a much anticipated return to live performance.

Boulder Arts Outdoors, a socially distanced drive-in performance festival, will offer the community an opportunity to enjoy a live performance while observing COVID-19 safety protocol in mid-August. Performances will take place Aug.14, 15 and 16 from 6:30 p.m to 8 p.m. at the Gerald Stazio Softball Fields parking lot, and include music, dance, juggling, and physical theater. Boulder Arts Outdoors producer Mara Driscoll presents the festival in partnership with the Boulder Symphony and the City of Boulder Parks and Recreation Department.

The Colorado MahlerFest, which had previously announced the cancellation of this year's in-person festival, announces the 2020 Virtual Colorado MahlerFest, May 13-17, 2020. The festival has curated a collection of performances, films, a virtual symposium, art gallery, and more which will be released each day at 3:30 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time. Materials will be released across a number of online platforms and collected at MahlerFest.org/MahlerFest-Online/

The Atlanta Opera broke new records this season. Even before its final presentation Francesca Zambello's new take on La traviata, which closed this past weekend 2018-19 was already guaranteed to be the company's highest-grossing season of the past decade, highlighted by last fall's West Side Story, the highest-selling production in the Atlanta Opera's 39-year history (Opera News).
