The brightest rising stars shone on the Dunstan Playhouse stage over the weekend, as Adelaide Festival Centre's Students Got Talent show celebrated its third year.

Gettysburg Community Theatre announced that they will be joining thousands of theatrical organizations around the globe by producing their own local production of Music Theatre International's All Together Now!: A Global Event Celebrating Local Theatre. Theatrical licensor Music Theatre International (MTI) created this revue for theatres across the globe to use as a local fundraising event performed over the same weekend of November 12, 2021.

Gettysburg Community Theatre (GCT) the not-for-profit 501c3 community theatre located at 49 York Street in historic downtown Gettysburg, will present the international hit musical GODSPELL 8pm Fridays and Saturdays and 2pm Sundays March 2-18, 2018. GCT's Founding Executive/Artistic Director Chad-Alan Carr is directing and choreographing and this production marks the 7th time he has done Godspell in his career and the second time at GCT. This being the 10th year of GCT, Carr has selected productions from GCT's history to revive. The last time Godspell was produced at GCT was 2012 right after a successful broadway revival had premiered in NYC. One member of GCT's original 2012 cast, Kevin Foster, is again in this 2018 revival production at GCT.

On Sunday, May 15, The Actors Fund gathered at the home of Western Council member Ilyanne Morden Kichaven and her husband Mike for their annual west coast celebration of Edwin Forrest Day and Shakespeare's birthday. The Gettysburg Community Theatre, located at 49 York Street within the first block of Lincoln Square in downtown Gettysburg, presented over 80 performances to the community in 2013. The non profit theatre organization is now celebrating its sixth year in downtown Gettysburg and will present its annual Gala Benefit on Friday, March 7th at 6:30pm at The Gettysburg Hotel Ballroom.

The Gettysburg Community Theatre will kick off their new 2013 season with the musical The Fantasticks (yes that is the way the show title is spelled), which is the world's longest running show. It will play at GCT located at 49 York Street within the first block of Lincoln Square in downtown Gettysburg January 25 and 26 at 7pm and January 26 and 27 at 2pm. Tickets are $15 reserved seating and include a wine reception.
