The new Dublin & UK Tour production of Girl From The North Country is opening tonight in Dublin at the 3 Olympia Theatre. Written and directed by celebrated playwright Conor McPherson with music and lyrics by Bob Dylan. Full casting is today announced for the award-winning smash-hit production of Girl From  The North Country, written and directed by celebrated playwright Conor McPherson (The  Weir, The Seafarer) with music and lyrics by Bob Dylan.

The Orange Coast College dance department will present its annual Spring Dance Concert virtually, via Zoom, on Saturday, May 22 at 7 p.m. The show, titled “Dances for the Camera” is the culmination of the spring Repertoire course taught by dance department Chair Rachel Berman.

The José Limón Dance Foundation is has announced the appointment of Dante Puleio as its new Artistic Director.  A widely respected former member of the Limón Dance Company for more than a decade, Puleio will succeed Colin Connor on July 1, 2020 to become only the sixth Artistic Director in the Company's 74-year history. Puleio trained at the Laban Centre in London, the Northern School of Contemporary Dance in Leeds, UK and received his BFA from University of the Arts in Philadelphia.

The Limón Dance Company, Colin Connor, Artistic Director, will appear at The Joyce Theater, March 31-April 5, in a program of three Limón masterworks: The Traitor, Orfeo, and Mazurkas. Repertory Dance Theatre celebrates 54 years of revolutionary modern dance with their annual fundraiser and choreographer competition, REGALIA, on March 7, 2020, at the Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center. The competition brings five talented and aspiring choreographers the chance to win a commission for RDT in the 2020-2021 season. 

West Side Story is officially in previews on Broadway! The new production is directed by Tony Award winner Ivo van Hove; and for the first time ever in the United States, will feature all-new choreography by the internationally acclaimed Anne Teresa de Keersmaeker. West Side Story will begin previews on December 10, 2019 and open February 6th, 2020 at the Broadway Theatre.
