Photo Flash: Sneak Peek at Florida Studio Theatre's PERFECT WEDDING, Opening Tonight

Perfect Wedding opens tonight, August 8 at Florida Studio Theatre by Robin Hawdon. Perfect Wedding is the third show of the summer season and also the opening show in The New Gompertz Theatre.  BroadwayWorld has a sneak peek at the production below.

Performances begin in FST’s Gompertz Theatre on Wednesday, August 8 at 8:00pm. Tickets are on sale and can be purchased online at www.Floridastudiotheatre.org, by phone at (941) 366-9000 or by visiting the Box Office. Single tickets to Perfect Wedding range from $19-$36.

On the morning of his wedding, Bill wakes up in his honeymoon suite with a dreadful hangover and an unknown woman in his bed. It’s a race against time as he has to either get her out or make up a plausible story before his fiancée and future mother-in law arrive. Desperate times call for desperate measures in this hysterical romp of a love story gone wrong!

Director Bruce Jordan says “Perfect Wedding is the perfect summer entertainment—light, frothy, fast-paced and fun. The complications that arise in this play are equal parts hilarious and touching.” Jordan is a veteran at Florida Studio Theatre, where he has directed numerous productions including 2011’s Shear Madness. Jordan has also directed previous productions of Perfect Wedding at: Lake George Dinner Theatre and Geva Theatre Center, both located in New York.
