York Theatre Company Set for STRANGER Reading March 20

The York Theatre Company will present readinga of the new musical STRANGER on Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at 2:00 PM & 7:00 PM.

The show has Music and Lyrics by Bruce Hornsby, Book by Clay McLeod Chapman and Lyrics by Chip deMatteo.

The cast features Terence Archie (Ragtime), EuGene Barry-Hill (The Magdalene), Lisa Brescia (The Times They Are-a-Changin’), Ken Cavett (Taking Pictures), John Ellison Conlee (The Constant Wife), Riley Costello (Everyday Rapture), Rosa Curry (The Rocky Horror Show), Charles Franklin, Lance Guest (Million Dollar Quartet), Ron Holgate (Kiss Me, Kate), Rachel Bay Jones (Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown), Garrett Long (Bonnie and Clyde) and Karl Warden (La Cage aux Follies).
The reading is directed by Tony winner John Rando (Urinetown) with musical staging by Tony winner Scott Wise (Movin’ Out) and music direction by Kimberly Grigsby (Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark).

The Alice Griffin Jewel Box Theatre is at the The Pershing Square Signature Center on 480 West 42nd Street.
