African American Jazz artists in 1947 Paris, Viva La Revolucion!.... Quelque Chose / Quel Qu'un, takes place in the music scene of 1947 Paris. Two African Americans, Denfield, a young, mediocre trumpet player and Aggie, an aging, blues/jazz singer, discover that life in the city of lights is not as bright as they imagined. Add to the mix a Spanish painter and a French prostitute and voilà!
