Page Seventy-Three Productions (Page 73) announced today that the 2016 Spring Celebration will honor Page 73 Board Member Allison Blinken. The Spring Celebration will be held on Thursday, June 9 at City Winery (155 Varick Street, New York, NY 10013).

Julie White (Sylvia, Airline Highway) will serve as Emcee for the celebration, which will honor the passion and leadership of Allison Blinken, whose tireless support and generous spirit have provided a foundation for Page 73's growth and success.

The evening will also feature appearances from director Morgan Gould (Kentucky), Marylouise Burke (Fish in the Dark, Kimberly Akimbo), Gideon Glick (Significant Other) and more; as well as include the Page 73 New Play Bake Off. Artists are given one hour to write page 73 of a brand new play based on three "ingredients" given the night of the benefit, and this year's Bake Off will feature playwrights Krista Knight (Salamander Leviathan), Michael Mitnick (Sex Lives of Our Parents), and Leah Nanako Winkler (Kentucky).

This year will inaugurate the Spring Celebration's Playwright Ambassadors, who will be sharing the evening with Audience level ticket-buyers. The Audience level ticket includes the evening's cocktail hour, performance, and post-show dessert sampling with Peter Ackerman (The Americans), Dan LeFranc (Sixty Miles to Silver Lake), and Cori Thomas (When January Feels Like Summer).

Over the last eighteen years, Page 73 has become the premiere organization for producing New York and world premieres that mark a playwright's professional New York debut. Page 73 has supported, developed, and produced close to 100 playwrights whose works have gone on to earn MacArthur Genus grants, Obies, Pulitzers, and critically acclaimed productions nationally and worldwide.

Dinner tickets for the evening are sold out, but Audience Tickets can be purchased for $200 by calling 718-398-2099 or emailing benefit@page73.org. André Bishop, Artistic Director of Lincoln Center Theater, will serve as Honorary Chair of the event, and the host committee includes John B. Beinecke, Gavin Berger, and Heidi Schreck.

Page 73 Family Table Memberships are on sale now at www.page73.org or by calling 718-398-2099 and include a VIP seat and after-party for the upcoming world premiere of Ultimate Beauty Bible by Caroline V. McGraw and directed by Stephen Brackett, coming in the fall of 2016.
