The Ritz Theatre Company presents the Mel Brooks hilarious award winning comedy, "The Producers" at the historic Ritz Theatre, 915 White Horse Pike, Arts District, Haddon Township, NJ, July 8-August 7.

In New York, 1959, it's the opening of a new Max Bialystock play called "Funny Boy," a musical version of Hamlet. The critics hate it and the show closes at intermission. Max, who was once called the King of Broadway, enlists the help of a mousy accountant, Leo Bloom, and together they cook up a scheme to get rich by overselling interests in a Broadway flop. Complications arise when the show unexpectedly turns out to be a success!

Starring Richard Bravo as big time producer Max Bailystock with Matt Reher as Leo Bloom the bewildered accountant. John Jackowski as Franz Leibkind, Joey Quaile as the cross dressing Roger, Brian Peeke as the perky Carmen Ghia and Katie Rochon as the blonde bombshell Ulla.
