Sal Viviano and Nat Chandler and Eric Jordan Young  will appear in a concert of The Rat Pack at 7:30pm, Sunday April 11th, 2010 at the Capitol Center for the Arts in Concord, New Hampshire.  

 Featuring the Capitol Center Jazz Orchestra, Clayton Poole, music director A hip new tribute concert dedicated to the memory of the Rat Pack! Sal Viviano Detroit native, has starred in The Three Musketeers, Romance / Romace, City of Angles, Falsettos, The Life, and The Full Monty. He has also appeared with Symphonic Pops Concerts with over 120 Orchestras around the World; 'Big Bands': The Iridium, The Russian Tea Room, The 92nd Street Y (15 seasons), The White House, The Presidential Inaugural Concert, Carnegie Hall, Town Hall (B'WAY BY THE YEAR -1955*); NYC outdoor venues: Arthur Ashe Stadium - U.S. Open, Bryant Park, Snug Harbor, Prospect Park, World Trade Center Plaza, Union Square, Wolf's Pond Park; NJ's Liberty State Park. Sal's (over 60) Recordings: his new CD, THE STANDARDS OF LOVE, recorded LIVE with full Orchestra (FRIARecords); *'d titles above, dozens of Compilations, etc... Jordan Young (Sammy Davis, Jr.) has appeared in the Broadway companies of Chicago, Seussical the Musical, Ragtime and The Look of Love. His most recent credits include Ahrens & Flaherty's Dessa Rose at Lincoln Center, Stephen Sondheim's Opening Doors at Carnegie Hall, and the world premiere of his one-man musical Sammy & Me. He has toured nationally with Chicago, Ragtime and Andrew Lloyd Webber's Starlight Express. Television credits include roles in Ugly Betty and Law and Order: Criminal Intent.

Nat Chandler has appeared as Fred/Petruchio in Kiss Me Kate, distict attorney Frederick Katzmann in Anton Coppola's new American opera, Sacco and Venzetti, and Shaunard in La Boheme. He played the role of Roy Darwin in Off-Broadway's Counsellor at Law starring John Rubinstein and toured nationally as Lancelot in Camelot starring Robert Goulet. Mr. Chandler starred as Raoul in The Phantom of the Opera directed by Harold Prince and toured with Sarah Brightman in The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber. Other National Tours include Sondheim's Into the Woods, and Mr. Chandler's first professional job in musical theatre, Lun Tha in The King and I starring Yul Brynner. Other Off-Broadway venues include the prestigious 92nd Street Y's Lyrics and Lyricists series, City Center Encores! production of The Ziegfeld Follies of 1936 (cast recording on Sony Records), and created the role of Tony Toscanini in the fabled Tales of Tinseltown. Recently, Mr. Chandler has performed the roles of Gaston in Beauty and the Beast, Miles Gloriosus in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum for which he received a Kevin Kline nomination for Best Actor in a Musical. 

 

Chandler has played leading roles in a broad spectrum of American musicals and operetta across the country, including A Little Night Music, Carousel, Oklahoma! South Pacific(with Howard Keel), Cinderella, Cabaret, The Most Happy Fella, Show Boat, Candide, Trouble in Tahiti, Desert Song, The Merry Widow and Kismet in such famous theatres as Boston's Huntington, Colonial, and Wang Center, St. Louis MUNY, The Fox of Atlanta, Detroit and St. Louis, New Orleans' Saenger Theatre, Sacramento CLO, Pittsburgh's Heinz Hall, Meyerson Symphony Hall of Dallas, The Jackie Gleason of Miami Beach, The Kennedy Center in Washington, DC, Chicago's Auditorium Theatre, Philadelphia's Forrest and Walnut Street Theatres, and many more.
