New Hampshire Theatre Project announces an exciting array of upcoming winter workshops and classes. On Tuesdays in January, CJ Lewis offers a series of adult acting master classes focused on Voiceovers & Voice Acting (January 17), Shakespeare Text & Technique (January 24), and Building a Character from the Inside Out (January 31).

From January 13 (Martin Luther King Day) to February 20 (Presidents Day), Crystal Gould offers a Playwriting Intensive for Teens ages 13-17. Participants will work together to write an original play specifically aimed at raising social consciousness and awareness.

On February 4, Genevieve Aichele offers The Joy of Fundraising, an all-day workshop focusing on development strategies used by nonprofit community organizations, developing and cultivating relationships with donors, leveraging technology, and the basics of grantwriting. This workshop is recommended for community volunteers, board members, students and anyone who is interested in the art of soliciting donations for an organization that serves a greater need.

The fun continues in February with Yes, and... I Love You, an improv workshop for couples on Valentine's Day (February 14) with masters of comic improvisation Becky & Robin Fowler.

And on February 17-19, master storytellers Pat Spalding and Genevieve Aichele offer a storytelling intensive with workshops on crafting and presenting personal stories as well as telling traditional tales. The intensive culminates with performances of Everything Old is New Again, featuring new work and popular favorites by Spalding and Aichele.

All workshops will be held at NHTP's home in the West End Studio Theatre, 959 Islington Street, Portsmouth, NH. More detailed information on all programs, fees and registration is available at NHTP's website: www.nhtheatreproject.org.
