A Metropolitan Opera holiday tradition comes to Peterborough, New Hampshire this Saturday, December 12th at 1:00pm. The Met Live's production of Mozart's THE MAGIC FLUTE will have an encore presentation on the big HD screen.

The Met's annual holiday opera offers an ideal opportunity for audiences of all ages to celebrate the season. Julie Taymor's breathtaking and popular production of Mozart's masterpiece, THE MAGIC FLUTE, takes the stage in its abridged, English language version, with Nathan Gunn as the irrepressible bird-catcher Papageno. This remarkable visual and audio experience makes a great gift for anyone and a wonderful memory for families.

The Peterborough Players' Arts on Screen series is presented in stunning NEC high definition digital projection and incomparable Dolby Surround Sound. The Met Live series is presented live from New York City's Lincoln Center. Met Live audiences also receive extras: insider interviews plus live behind-the-scenes video of the production.
