Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf , one of the works of Edward Albee 's known in North America, has returned to Mexico with a new, professional and given to melodrama, realism and intensity that this work requires sharing. All this under the direction of Daniel Veronese .

Appearing in the Chapultepec Cultural Forum , a quality cast, consisting Blanca Guerra (Martha), Alvaro Guerrero (Jorge), Sergio Bonilla (Nicholas) and Adriana Llabrés (Linda).

A story between the pair of Marta and Jorge where appearances show a normal life, happy couple without problems, when in fact, what lies behind those lies are the grudges, denials, great fears and insecurities that have growing over the years.

All this happens a night and disinhibition by the couple when they invite a young couple (Nicholas and Linda) and during the night are revealed several problems and thoughts between the degree of characters seem cruel and insensitive to their reality, then moments of great intensity and emotions fall realizing that they have been victims of their own monsters and fears.

In this work we can see the realism not only from the use of props and scenery, but the plot and the actions of these actors, based on the fact that all the work are in the same state of alcoholism along the work is adding (an unusual feature).

Finally the characters are taking us on a roller coaster of emotions without missing a beat and make us the edge of their seats waiting to see what will happen and who claimed the other character will respond.

Personally, I'd never gone to work that handle such a degree of realism, suspense and intensity (the extent of being something scary), but I think this is one of those works that make you reflect and think "what is he thinking the other character? " or "what really happened?", "will or will not be?" while you're watching the play.

If you have not had a chance to see this magnificent staging, they can still do it, because this weekend is his last office on Friday 26, Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 September, for more information please see: http: // carteleradeteatro .com / 2013 / who-afraid-to-virginia-woolf /
