Blue Man Group celebrated the one-year anniversary yesterday of its mega-enhanced Las Vegas production at Monte Carlo Resort and Casino. The blue trio highlighted the milestone with cake for its dedicated cast and crew.

Since its debut at Monte Carlo, several hundred thousand people have experienced the imaginative and interactive world that is Blue Man Group. In the first year, Blue Man Group has used 2,124 Twinkies; 18,585 marshmallows; 2,655 gallons of paint; 3,186 drum sticks;74,340 cubic feet of helium and 272,934 feet of streamers. Blue Man Group has also made national press, appearing and performing on numerous television shows including"The Ellen Degeneres Show," "2012 Latin GRAMMYS," "SportsCenter," "America's Got Talent," "Access Hollywood," "Celebrity Apprentice," "Cupcake Wars," "OMG! Insider,"and many more.

Blue Man Group's latest ensemble at Monte Carlo takes fans on a luminescent-infused journey starting with a free nightly procession on the casino floor, best described as an energetic parade designed by a mad scientist. The intoxicating beat fills the air as Blue Man Group launches a Percussipede, a musical centipede of percussion instruments, musicians, robots and puppets co-created with world-renowned 3-D designer Michael Curry.

Inside the theater, audience members are enveloped in a one-of-a-kind celebration of art, humor, technology and music. The Las Vegas production introduces a unique look at robots, new dynamic instruments as well as an exploration of the human brain. Electrifying moments include a giant Brain Drum, which illuminates a neurological pathway high above the crowd when played; a set of Smoke Drums that emit mystical, ethereal smoke rings; and a Neuronulum, a pipe-instrument worn by the Blue Men.

On Oct. 10, 2012, Blue Man Group marked opening day of its awe-inspiring new show by skydiving into Monte Carlo. Trained by the Red Bull Air Force, the Blue Men completed a sensational leap from 7,000-feet before landing in front of its new home.
