The Break of Noon, Neil Labute’s thought- provoking commentary on society, the media, religion and gun violence takes the Black Box stage at Queensbury Theatre November 19 - December 06. (Thurs at 7:30pm, Fri & Sat at 8pm, Sun 2pm)

Amidst the chaos and horror of the worst office shooting in American history, John Smith claims to have seen the face of God. While the assassin was shooting everyone in sight, John heard a voice he believed to be divine, telling him to stay put. He made it out as the sole survivor. Thanks to a picture of the carnage taken on his cell phone and his miraculous story, John rises to fame as a prophet of the Lord's word. But as he attempts to make up for his former selfish ways, there are doubts about the veracity of his claim of divine intervention.

Will the truth set us free? Come to The Break of Noon at Queensbury Theatre to find out.

The Break of Noon is directed by Trevor Cone. Cast of Characters Kevin Daugherty as John Smith, Detective/Lawyer Kurt Bauer, Ginger/Jesse Hessed Honstein and Jenny/Gigi Bailey Hampton.
