Cleveland Public Theatre (CPT) Executive Artistic Director Raymond Bobgan has announced the launch of CPT'S 2016-2017 season with the world premiere of the latest original work by the Teatro Publico de Cleveland ensemble, ¡Celebrando Three Years!, to run October 6-8, 2016 in CPT's historic Gordon Square Theatre.

ABOUT ¡CELEBRANDO THREE YEARS!

¡Celebrando Three Years! is a showcase of collected stories, ancestral tales, dreams and remembrances from the company's repertoire. The show features new and returning ensemble members, presented in a festive evening celebration. ¡Celebrando Three Years! will be performed in English and Spanish, with bilingual supertitles thanks to the generous support of The City of Cleveland's Cable Television Minority Arts and Education Fund.

Performances include live music and Latin food before every show, plus a post-show dance party on Friday and Saturday. Thursday is "Family Night," with reduced tickets for adults and youth (under 18).

ABOUT TEATRO PUBLICO DE CLEVELAND

Teatro Publico de Cleveland (TPC) is a community-based, ensemble theatre group in residence at Cleveland Public Theatre (CPT). Teatro Publico ensemble members collaborate with CPT artists to create and perform plays based in the traditions of Latino culture and inspired by the creativity and life experiences of the ensemble.

THE CAST & CREATIVE TEAM

¡Celebrando Three Years! is created and performed by the Teatro Publico de Cleveland ensemble, with Raymond Bobgan. The Creative Team includes Raymond Bobgan (Director), Faye Hargate (Producer), T. Paul Lowry (Projection Designer), Inda Blatch Geib (Costume Designer), Jonathan Maag (Lighting Designer), Luiz Ramírez-Alonso (Supertitle Operator), Hector Castellanos (Mask Designer) and Andy Weyenberg (Stage Manager).

The performing ensemble is Nebeska Aviles, Ernesto Luna Camargo, Alisha Caraballo, Alexander Corona, Jason Estremera, Liz Gonzalez, Dante Fernando Larzabal, Letitia Lopez, Christina Patterson, Magdalena Godinez Ríos, Neiza Rivera, Rafael Rivera, Blanca Salva, Pablo Santiago, Jack Schmitt, Lucia Stone

TICKET & SHOW INFORMATION

¡Celebrando Three Years! opens Thursday, October 6 and runs through Saturday, October 8 in CPT's historic Gordon Square Theatre, located at 6415 Detroit Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44102.

Performances are Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The evening includes pre-show food and live music at 6:30pm, followed by the ¡Celebrando Three Years! performance at 7:30pm.

Preshow music on all nights at 6:30pm.

Tickets are $12-30 general admission. Thursday is Family Night ($12 adults, $8 youth under 18). Student and Senior discounts ($3 off) are available Friday and Saturday night.

**Every Friday is FREE BEER FRIDAY at CPT. Audience members are invited to mingle with the artists after the show and enjoy a drink or two on CPT.**
