As they wait to sell their suburban house, Lucy's family imagines a vibrant, new life in Chicago. However, Lucy has a different vision for her future. She wants to self-actualize and live as her true self: a powerful dragon named Kreeka. When her family discovers this secret, Lucy must choose between them and a new community known as Otherkin, a group of people who identify as magical, non-human creatures. As Lucy embraces Kreeka, she meets a young man claiming to be an elf, a giant gnome named Blubberwort and a werewolf from Montana, who show her how to live a life driven by faith and a love of the fantastic.

The production team for KIN FOLK includes: John Wilson (scenic design), Kate Kamphausen (costume design), Morgan Lake (sound design), Paul Diezel (projections design), Garth Moritz (production manager) Elyse Dolan (assistant director) and Sarah Collonge (stage manager).
