BrightSide Theatre, Naperville's only professional theatre performing in the historic downtown district, begins its 4th season with Joe Landry's adaptation of the holiday classic tale It's a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play. Directed by BrightSide Theatre Artistic Director Jeffrey Cass and playing November 28-December 14, 2014 at the Theatre at Meiley-Swallow Hall at North Central College, 31 S. It's a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play will feature Linda Lee Cunningham (La Grange), Tin Penavic (Downers Grove), David Raymond (Chicago), Daniella Rukin (Chicago), and Andrew Stachurski (Lisle).

Celebrate this holiday season by gathering your friends and family of all ages and step back in time to 1946 on Christmas Eve at the WBST Radio Studios and be a part of the live audience broadcast of It's A Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play. Watch five actors bring this beloved American holiday classic to captivating life as they play fifty different characters, create all the live sound effects, and perform all the music in this inventive retelling of the timeless story. With the perfect blend of Christmas cheer and theatrical magic, audiences will fall in love all over again with George Bailey and the angel named Clarence who saved his life on Christmas Eve.
