Tap Soul Productions presents "The JL Cabaret Show" a celebration of love Saturday, February 14, 2015 7:30PM at the Complex Hollywood 6476 Santa Monica Blvd. Hollywood, CA 90038.

J.L. Williams (of Broadway's FELA!) returns to his hometown of Los Angeles to offer his New York cabaret show for one night only in observance of Black History Month, Valentine's Day, and the late Gregory Hines Birthday. The evening features mastery tap dancing and original song selections from the upcoming off-Broadway musical "Show Me the TAP... Show Me the SOUL!" created by J.L. Williams. Music accompaniment is provided by Hiroki Yamada on guitar, Benjamin Sturley on Bass, Till Richter on drums.

J.L. Williams last appeared on the Los Angeles theater stage with his one man show "The JL Experience" that premiered January 12, 2013 at the Stella Adler Theater. The show did a second engagement September 14, 2013 at the Complex Hollywood and will make an upcoming New York City debut February 27th, 2015 at Somethin' Jazz Club. J.L. Williams is a Los Angeles Music Center Spotlight Award and NAACP ACT-SO Award Alumni from 2000.

"The JL Cabaret Show" has a running time of 90 minutes with no intermission and doors open at 7PM. General admission is $20 and includes two complimentary beverages and there is optional valet parking at $5. Tickets can be purchased at www.tapsoulpro.com/events
