Ben Vereen Returning to Feinstein's/54 Below This Month

The legendary Ben Vereen, who recently co-starred with Richard Gere in the film TIME OUT OF MIND, will return to Feinstein's/54 Below (254 W 54th St, Cellar, New York, NY 10019) with his acclaimed one man show, STEPPIN' OUT WITH BEN VEREEN, January 25 through 30.

Ben recently co-starred with Richard Gere in Time Out Of Mind, which opened last fall to rave reviews, with Rolling Stone raving that his role was "played with grit and grace." He will be the keynote speaker this January at APAP and is opening the first ever BroadwayCon convention. A Tony and Drama Desk Award winner for his renowned performance in Bob Fosse's Pippin, Mr. Vereen's Broadway credits include Wicked, I'm Not Rappaport, Chicago, Hair, Fosse, Jelly's Last Jam, Jesus Christ Superstar, and A Christmas Carol. In 2010, Ben completed a successful run in the world premiere of Fetch Clay, Make Man, directed by Des McAnuff (Jersey Boys) at the McCarter Theatre. The schedule for STEPPIN' OUT WITH BEN VEREEN is as follows: Monday, January 25; Wednesday, January 27; Thursday, January 28; Friday, January 29; Saturday, January 30. All performances begin at 7:00pm and doors open at 5:15pm.
